All terms and conditions, privacy statements, data policies and safety measures and help lines are all incorporated under WORD-MANNA CHURCH INTERNATIONAL / WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO as follows;
Internet Radio Terms and conditions
Terms and all policies posted on every WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO Mobile App or Website set out the terms on which we offer you access to the use of our site’ services, products, posting of Radio Advertisements and free accessed materials. You agree to comply with all the terms and conditions in accessing or using our Services. By accessing the Services you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that the Services are conducive for everyone. Should you not agree to these terms, or any update or change thereto as dealt with below, you should not access or use WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO or its subsidiary channels, products and services.
These terms are effective January 1, 2022.
You must be either 18 years of age or older.
WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO is the second Division of WORD-MANNA CHURCH INTERNATIONAL; therefore it is registered under both internal and external constitution of the Church. Therefore, you must adhere to your local geographical setting’s country rules and regulations.
Every user is responsible for all content and information submitted to WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO or any of its subsidiary Radio Channels.
In case of some of our websites (Word-Manna Church International Subsidiary Websites), any consequence that may arise from your post shall solely be the responsibility of the one who has posted it.
We have a right without further explanation to refuse or delete or any content that we believe is inappropriate, harmful, against Jesus Christ, the Holy Bible, our beliefs and statement of faith outlines in the Word-Manna Church International Constitution or breaks WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO terms and conditions.
It is also in our capacity to restrict a user’s usage of any of our Church Website/mobile applications either temporarily or permanently.
We reserve a right to refuse a user’s registration if we believe that the registration is against our interests, faith or beliefs.
We reserve the right to block or remove any user’s account from our servers if we find out that the user’s interests are not in line with our company policy; especially the Prophetic Christian ministry.
Misuse:
Report every infringement of your rights on any of our official site. It is our responsibility to warn or barn any abuser of WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO from the site/apps. Please report issues of abuse to reports@wordmannachurch.com or stationmanager@wordmannaradio.com
Fee and Charges:
Posting classifieds or any type of external advertisement is totally prohibited by our management. WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO and WORD-MANNA GLOBAL TV can run church based ads on any of our church platform. We have content that is meant for our global financial partners to access at a subscription partnership monthly fee. However, you may be able to access limited content at a free cost. There are no hidden charges. Every other charge is posted on a given website that is linked to our Church Umbrella.
Advert Sites:
WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO is an audio communication platform; hence we reserve the right to display randomly selected and internal sponsored adverts or announcement on any of the websites outside this platform. We also reserve the right to advertise with other external TV/Radio Channels, Social media companies and any other internet marketing channels to enhance our algorithms.
Time Frame:
WORD-MANNA GLOBAL RADIO may keep your subscription for a month. However free limited content may still be accessed. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees, time frame or even cancel your account without notice.
Material/Content:
Our material comes from ourselves as the second division of WORD-MANNA Church International, from general users, Church Departments, Church Divisions and also from you. We have a right to remove any content that is inappropriate, illegal or has explicit or abusive language. We shall also remove any reported material that has been posted without the knowledge of the owners. This include fake profiles, fake profile pictures, and fake details on a user account.
Limitations to our liability:
We are only responsible for the content that is directly connected to our verified Church Divisions and bearing the Word-Manna Church family name. However, we cannot guarantee error free information. On the other side, due to the high number of Divisions, Branches and Departments we have a connection with, we are not responsible of their web links that can been connected to our site for products and services. We refuse to be held liable on every post that appear on any of the Church websites since most of such material is from outside parties. However, all verified web links are listed on every verified Church Division Website.
Personal Information:
By submitting your information, we assume that you agree to all our conditions and rights. However, we cannot guarantee that other users cannot access your info since they need your information to contact you in some aspects of interaction especially in the post comment section. All personal information found on any WORD-MANNA CHURCH INTERNATIONAL division site is voluntarily submitted. We try as much as possible to keep whatever information that is not supposed to be available to the general public reserved and secured. Otherwise we do not expose any private information without the consent of the owner.
